Dear All,
I would like to submit Permanent Residency application for my spouse. I went through few lawyers but they are charging too much fees and moreover, I have experienced once lawyers handle the case then many times they don't answer phone calls when you need them and we always need to chase them.
So I am planning to prepare and submit application for my spouse by myself. I request if knowledgeable forum members can provide information and inputs, that would be much appreciated.
I am Permanent Resident and married last year and currently working in Canada. My Spouse is in India and currently works there. I am having lot of stress and pressure because of in laws and my spouse to get her visa process completed as soon as possible.
Earlier we had though to submit application for Spouse visa category but our agent asked to show good fund in her bank account, but due to not having enough funds we had to pull out that option and that led to lot of disputes between us. Now I have convinced them for Permanent Residency process is the only option but looking at a time frame, I am feeling lot of stress.
Any information and thoughts would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
