need help please

hi, i am new in this forum. i m little bit of trouble here........ i am now in sydney. i finished my cookery course 2.5 years ago. i want to apply as a skill worker. as i was searching the check list i found that i need to submitt original transcript in college sealed envelop. but the problem is my college shutdown 2009. i havv all my original documents but not in a sealed envelop. i think my college registration had cancelled. so i m bit of confused if there is anyone can help me out of this situation will be highly appreciatable.

Which university is your college affiliated to.you can get the transcript from the university
