Hello everyone,

One of my friends is planning to do MBA from Canada. She is an Indian and currently living in Dubai since last December (on husband sponsorship). So, from which country should she apply for Canadian study permit? Should it be India or Dubai?

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

i think she has a choice. I believe there is no visa office in dubai i think its Abu Dhabi. also check processing time and requirements of both New delhi and Abu Dhabi offices and decide.
