My Gf got deported since march 2012, she did apply for refugee and PRRA , she got denied for both , now she is in her country
now , st Vincent and grenadine , soon i will become a citizen in December , i am planning to go to see her soon in November for
her birthday

i wanted to know how i can bring her back to Canada ?

if i get marry to her , what should i do to bring her back?

what do i need ?
do i need to apply for another PRRA and also an ARC ?

after i become a citizen , can i sponsor her ?

please guys help me please , May god bless all of you .

You can sponsor her as a PR (you don't have to be a citizen). In order to sponsor her, you must also either be married or common law (have lived together for at least one full year).

Since she was deported, she will also need an ARC to return.

thank you scylla , may god bless you , but i talked to her , i just find out that she was baned for in canada , and i did call the immigration , they told me , she needs to apply for ARC , but her country doesn't need a visa to come to canada, also , how can she apply for an ARC. i am trying to help in most the thing that i can ...

Insturction on how to apply for an ARC:

"If you are applying to come to Canada for any reason, (visiting, studying, working or immigrating),you should not submit a separate application for an ARC. If your application is approved, the ARC will be dealt within the context of that application. You will simply be asked to submit the fee."

You need to sponsor her (when/if you qualify) and the ARC will be dealt with as part of that application.
