Hey guys, I want to send my application within the next 3 weeks the physical presence will be 1104 do you think i should wait more than that?

also for someone who came here as a refugee and then got accepted as a PR and now applying for citizenship.. does that affect his application in anyway good or bad?

is it better if i go to a lawyer to review all my documents before i send my application?

Hi,

Physical presence of 1104 is good enough, i hope you have calculated it right

As long as you are eligible for citizenship and have proper documentation, you don't need to worry if you came in as refugee

Unless you have extra money, i would suggest you can easily fill out the citizenship application form

I applied with 1097 days.....and it's all good so far....I made over 16 trips outside Canada in the last 4 years ranging from 5 days to 7months outside Canada ..I hope all this info Helps u ...

I applied to with 1097 days, no issues, you can apply as long as you stay the number of days required. I got an RQ though at the test time, as I am IT consultant.

can you type for me here you timeline? when did u send ur application, acknowledgement letter, test or RQ then citizenship oath?

AOR December 14, 2011.
started processing on July 5, 2012.

Test date: September 17, 2012

RQ on same date: September 17, 2012

Submitted RQ docs: Oct 29, 2012

File transferred to St.Clair: Dec 2012.

and now I am waiting.
