Need Help Personnal History Section

Hi guys,

I finally got my ITA last week and I am working on gathering all the documents.

I am trying to close the personnal history section but I keep geeting the same error message. I am 100% sure I left no gap and I went back 10 years.

Error Description: Personal activities:
You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history, or all time since this person's 18th birthday, to the present.



Did someone had the same issue?

Same error with starting date with either 2007/01 or 2007/06

Okay...if it ends on 2007/06, start the next with 2007/07...that should work

Try putting the end date on the current employment as today's date. Don't submit it like that, but see if it lets you save and move past the error. (If so, it seems like a technical glitch that should be reported.)

Nop, still the same error

Change the start date months to match the prior end date months. I think the system may be reading it as a gap in between the months.

Ex:
2010/9 2012/8 Educational change to 2010/8
2007/9 2010/8 Educational change to 2007/8
2007/1 2007/8 Unemployed

Did you answer the question at the end of that section with YES, have you finished entering all organizations, governments, etc?
