Need help. Payment failed @CIC "Processing Submission"

Hi,

I had completed filling my application, entered card details, clicked submit and transaction didn't process through. Luckily amount was debited.

I thought to return back and re submit again. But i'm not even able to edit/open my applciation or make payment. I was also unable to create new study permit based application. Now its showing "Processing Submission"

Please i'm in dire need of help. Any help would be much appreciated.

Wait few hours before trying again. Make sure that you are not charged multiple times. Also double check if you need to inform bank to approve such transaction prior to charging your card online for payment.
