hey guys..

i need some clarifications on some documents...

1) in the initial application ( NS, Sydney) i mention full-time and part-time Exp on same duration means both at a time... i just want to mention only my full time job exp to new delhi. because i have all the documents regarding full time..

it will be ok with them or they will ask why i did not mention my part-time exp. they will check the job experiences that i have mention in my application to new delhi and seeing that i have 67 points...

2) i have written IELTS but i got less band so i wrote again on june 26th but the results will be declared 9th july so can i send the application without ielts score and tell them as soon as i get the results i will send them... sending them my hallticket to confirm that i wrote

3)regarding the relationship points. my Nephew is a canadian citizen and he sent some documents these would be enough to claim points.

* sponsorship letter stating that he will look after me..
* canadian passport xerox of my nephew
* telephone bill recently

4) regarding proof of funds- a letter from bank would be enough that i have sufficient funds and i cannot give older statements. like 6 months older statements...

5) Family photos- problem is that my brother is in US so i don't have his photo's can i send passport size photo's instead of photo specifications that mentioned in the application...

6) RPRF fees is compulsory to send now or we can send when medicals are requsted...

pliz guys need suggestions... as soon as possible.. thanx in advance

Ans: Give explanation in cover letter about this change in your form.

Ans: really not sure if they would accept this way, there is no doubt that if you would have submitted it within 120 days...just give it a try, n i wish that it works in your way..

Wait for other to reply on this, i'm not sure whether u could claim the point for ur nephew...

You have to give last 6 months bank statement, otherwise, they will get back to u with query....

5) Family photos- problem is that my brother is in US so i don't have his photo's can i send passport size photo's instead of photo specifications that mentioned in the application...

u can get his e-copy of his passport size photo and then ask to photo developers shops to make it as per the CIC guideline and get the print of it

6) RPRF fees is compulsory to send now or we can send when medicals are requsted...

RPRF fees is not compulsory to send it now, u can send it when medical is requested...

Hope above information is useful...

did he required family photo - where it mentioned ??

Mithun - your brother also coming with you ?

Same question, Why family photo required in FSW?

guyz, i'm not sure if the applicant is single and might needed to attach family member photoes like photos of parents n brother...no idea, i thought, it might be needed

n i believe, applicant who are married, they suppose to attach photos of their spouse n kids even if they r not accompanying with PA...

thanx guys for ur replies...

regarding change in form, what should i mention.. that i am not mentioning my part-time job. that would be enough.
