need help on this!

hi Bcguy and Leon!

i am a tfw got laid off just 2 days ago and is now on the process of getting a new work permit from a different employer. i am a licenced physiotherapist from the philippines. my questions are:

1. can i take the licensure exam / or challenge ( as what others call it) the licensure exam here in BC for me to be a licenced physiotherapist here?

2. do i need special permit to do that?

3. if i can, do you have the link where i can submit my documents for review / assessment so i can take the exams?
