Received an email from Mr. Ralph Goodale's office and is as below:
Eligibility requires review
Criminality passed
security not initiated yet.

Does this mean - my application has been flagged (or) eligibility is yet to be reviewed. Its been 45 days since GCMS has been requested. Yet to hear.
