Hello everyone, please i need information about switching courses to reapply for a study visa after being refused on the basis of not preparing my study plan properly.. i want to change from Aircraft Maintenance Engineering to Commercial pilot program at a school in quebec. I was also refused some same reason nw i am also confused whether to change my course or write IELTS again to increase my score or change the college or province.
