Maybe more effective to ensure when anyone Googles a specific scam that google returns a result that a scam exists for a name or company. Then again many people do not use common sense to do the research so nothing is foolproof
I have shared color scaned copy of my passport, pcc certificate and Quebec selection application along with my photo and my spouse photo. So will there be any possibility to misuse.

just go and report in your police station. Identity theft is on rise so they can misuse your docs.
Of course there is the possibility. No one here can say what can or will happen.
In reality, nothing. As already advised, you can try reporting in to the authorities in your country but they really don't care.
