Need Help on FSW programe application and choosing visa office...

Hi,

we will be applying for FSW program and am the principal applicant with masters degree and CLB 7 in language, residing in Dubai currently and an Indian national.

My Husband and 2 year old son will be my dependents.

We have arranged all the documents and my main concern is that from which visa office we need to apply. ???

Please if any one knows the information , kindly share with me.

Hello Swetha

You need to select London VO (If you are residing for more than 1 year in Dubai) or New Delhi VO (as you are an Indian).

Be informed - you cannot send your Passports to India via courier or mail if you reach the PPR stage. You can do this for London though.

Do we need to hire any local agent or lawyer on our behalf to process our application??

That's ur choice if ur willing to shell out the money. If you do, you will probably not need this forum.

YOU DONT NEED ANY AGENT, IT IS A SELF EXPLANATORY PROCESS
