Dear all,

I have couple of queries on filling of forms.

(1) Form IMM0008_1e Sehedule 1 Back ground declaration.

Query on Section 10 of form :

what to write in name of institution ? College name or University name or Both ? Can i write short name of University in it e.g. IGNOU for " Indira Gandhi National Open University " ?

AND what to mention in Type of certificate or Diploma field ? What to write for Secondary & Sr. Secondary education ?

Whether only need to write Bachelor or full name of Bachelor degree?

(2) In form Schedule-3

Section-5 Lang. Prof.

Is it ok if i select high in all the field of English ? AND

Section-11 Work Exp. details

Is it necessary to write all the main duties as it is too short to write all details ?

Is it necessary to provide all main duties here ?

(3) As far as what i have understood i think i need to make 2 copies of main forms one for CIO check list & other for

New Delhi visa office check list right ?

Do i need to check Proof of Lang. section in New delhi VO check list ? as it is already given in CIO checklist ?


PCC need to be attached with New Delhi VO checklist ?


(4) Finaly do i need to pack New Delhi VO check list in seperate envelop ? & put that envelop with CIO checklist & documents ?

Or Paper clip CIO checklist & CIO supporting documents AND Paper clip NEW DELHI VO checklist with supporting documents

and Put both in Single envelop for final dispatch ?

(5) What is the best courier service from India to deliver to Canada ? Blue dart or DHL ?

Or Paper clip CIO checklist & CIO supporting documents AND Paper clip NEW DELHI VO checklist with supporting documents

and Put both in Single envelop for final dispatch ? - Yes

(5) What is the best courier service from India to deliver to Canada ? Blue dart or DHL ? - DHL...Please check the rates with Local courier who are delivering thru DHL....Here the rates will be far cheaper than DHL directly and your documents will go thru DHL

Hello,

1- mention the full university name. No abbreviations. If you need more space, write on white blank paper.

You write (bachelor) or (master) in the field of university degree. (Secondary) for secondary education.

2- section-5: of course NOT. based on your IELTS result, check with page 8 in the IMM EG7 guide to fill correctly.

Section-11: write all details, and add white papers if necessary. You can write a brief here, as space is limited, but be generous and add all details in a white page.

3- No. Once all of your application is ready, you sign it as well your spouse, then, take photocopy that you keep it at later stage. Now Nova Scotia sends your full package to your VO, unlike the pre 26June process.

You have to check your VO specific instructions and provide all necessary documents, including PCC, IELTS...etc.

All in one envelop to Nova Scotia. You do NOT send anything to your VO. paper clip will do the job

4- DHL is better.

As it is not possible to write all main duties in form . do you mean that i need to attach experience letter with form ?? or its ok to write few duties in form as i am giving all details of main roles in ref. letter from employer ??

Hi mayank,

You need to write few main duties in the form which will be supported by your experience letter. You can also prepare a summary of experience in excel sheet and attached it at the top of all experience certificate. Please keep all the forms seperate which will be attached at the top of your bunch of documents.

Arrangement of document will be as follows:-

1) Your 1st AOR letter
2) CIO document copy
3) Updated Forms set
4) All supporting document such as education , experience, IELTS, proof of funds, etc.
5) Payment Forms, if any.

Regarding the IELTS, you have got the score and you need to write "High" or "Moderate" based on your score. For example for listening you need to have minimum 7.50 band & 6.50 band for reading+writing+speaking.

If i write some duties in the given space . As i am already submitting original ref. letter from my employer with all duties . Do you think that it is ok if i write 4 main duties in given space ? or i need to write on plain white paper all the duties & attached to form ??

Suppose you have total 12 points for your duties as per experience letter.

Write the main 4 or 5 points on the form.
