by the way, in creating an Express Entry account, are we supposed to upload or attach documents? I cannot find any button or instructions to do so.

Hello! I am through answering the questionnaire.

I am just wondering why I cannot find a button or an instruction for me to upload documents.
Is this required when I am still creating an account for Express Entry?

Also, my wife's previous employer is in Singapore. And since their company was already dissolved, she could no longer secure a reference letter or a Certificate of Employment. What can you advice or recommend that we do about it.

Xpressentry, after filling up the questionnaire, I clicked CONTINUE and a window that says: YOUR DECLARATION AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. There, I was asked to put my name and solemnly declare that the information supplied are true and that the DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED ARE GENUINE AND NOT ALTERED.

It mentioned DOCUMENTS so I am kind of confused.

May I kindly request for your help on this matter.

For my BS in Civil Engineering, I will choose APPLIED SCIENCE as the field of study.

For my spouse' BS Major in English and BA Major in Philosophy, we choose OTHERS as the field of study.
Should we choose another field?

I worked as a Property Manager from 2000 to 2012.

Then I worked in another job from 2012 to 2014.

Then I worked in another job from 2014 up to present.

I want to use the NOC related to Property Management.
Shall I put only 1 job in creating my EE?
The one that was from 2000 to 2012?

Or shall I put the 3 jobs?

Please advice.

You can put the 2000-2012 job down but it will only count as 5 years experience (2007-2012). You max at years of foreign skilled work in ee at 3 years

2012 - 2014 - Document Controller (NOC 1253)
2014 - present - Document Controller (NOC 1253)

1999 - 2012 - Building Administrator (NOC 1224)
2013 - 2014 - Facilities Administrator (NOC 1224)
2014 - present - Facilities Manager (NOC 0714)
Shall he put only the 2 jobs with NOC 1224? or the three jobs?

You can put all three down just make sure you have enough proof to upload.

As for the spouse, if it's all foreign work outside of Canada none of it gets any points. You can leave work history blank and mention it post ITA in the personal history section. Then no proof is required.

Spouse work experience in Canada only gives points.
