Where are you having your medicals done?

When I called they argued with me about the numbers too, it took me several calls to get them to realize up front didn't require anything *sigh*

Good luck!

Dallas Texas

Mine is costing $350

We had ours done in Kelowna, B.C

Ours was 390 with Lab work and X-rays.

Actually was 410, because the Lab screwed up my samples and I had to go back and HAD to pay again. Ugh!

yep... in ct it was $400 including x ray.

another option that will save you money is if you intend to be in canada, you can go to a doctor there. it can be significantly cheaper depending on the province you are in (obviously from the post above, that doesn't include BC).

the guide specifically states if there isn't a panel doctor within 250 miles, to call cic and they will give you another option...

I haven't read that anywhere! Crap...Oh well we get to spend the weekend in Dallas and go to the Zoo and fun stuff~!!! Wish I knew that before hand though. Everything I have read is it must be a panel physician etc and I am just wanting to do everything by the book to make my application go smoothly....watch we will get called in for a interview and have to fly to New York or something LOL.

it's definiately listed in the guide, probably where it lists how to find a panel doctor in your area, or it's somewhere on the list of panel doctors.

interviews are done in LA. NY doesn't handle family class PRs anymore. unless you have issues regarding a dependant, criminality or didn't do an adequate job of showing an ongoing relationship, then it is unlikely you will get called in for an interview.
