Need Help n suggestions...wat forms n documents should i submit..

Hi there

i wana apply for federal skilled worker, i am having douts that which forms should i submit at delhi and should i need to submit documents with the application ( Notarized copies of education n work exp letters ) or i should submit just the application... i think i need to submit the doc's after we get our file no...

should i fill all these forms or only some forms.. 1) Application for permanent residence in canada 2) Background deceleration 3) additional family info 4) use of representative 5) Fee payment form 6) Doc check list 7) Economic class

i have seen in some other forums some people got rejected due to insufficient documents and points.. in delhi they r calculating the points n checking the doc's so, i am very confused so please help me

initially u have to file application along with copy of passport to sydney, nova scotia. see cic website for details. later after approval via e mail frm sydney u have to file ur application with complete documentation , proofs of exp, funds, IELTS etc. to new delhi. yes u have to have min 67 points and under NOC category mentioned in 38 occupations lixt. pl check the website for details. if u fit under any of the NOC and u have 67 points u can apply. be careful while filling the forms. take advise of seniors on the forum if u have any specific problem. don worry u can do it.

one more dout buddy... wat about the fees should i pay when i send the application to sydney or when i will get file no n pay the fees vth the documents... while sending the application should i send all the seven forms....

Steps:
1. Open http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
2. Download all the files.
3. Read craefully the Instruction Guide [IMM EG7000] http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf

u have to submit the fees while filing ur initial application to sydney. after approval u will get file no. read instructions carefully in the link given by pankaj. send the representative form only if u r using one. be careful . dont leave any thing blank. write not applicable wherever reqd. all the best.

There r total seven forms i have downloaded all so should i fill n submit all the forms ..... hey doc u said about representative form... send representative form only... Actually i have a sponsorship letter from my relative in Ontario, canada so, i can fill representative form n attach the sponsorship letter ( Xerox )
in that form they r asking sign of representative , what should i do....
