IF Application Rejected New Delhi !!! Wat to Do Next ? Need Suggestions

hey guys i have sent my full documents to New Delhi. i have 67 points including proof of relationship points, but some guys said that i don't have enough documents to gain points. is there any chance of approval without birth certificates for proof of relationship.

* i have applied under 4131 category now it's not in ministerial NOC list so can i apply in the same category. if yes is there any chance they will accept my application.

* can i use the old documents like bank statements and other documents if i reapply..

* if New Delhi Rejects the application is there any chance to appeal or to resend the documents.

* can i get a written letter or something other than birth-certificates from my relative in canada to prove relationship... this is important pliz help

Hi,
I don't think u will be able to reapply if yr application got rejected at this time. Rather if u r sure that any documents are still in Incomplete with your application and you can provide the same to CHC , Just inform the same by writing a case specific email to provide an oppertunity to forward some aditional documents before taking any decision in yor case.

Yes there are. I got my visa and I didn't send birth certificates. Do not worry so much but if you still do then send the required documents if you can.
 
thanx guys... problem is that i don't have birth certificates to prove, can i ask relative written document or on a bond paper that he is m relative.. will this help..
