Hi, I'm from Pakistan. As I'm planing to study in Canada I contacted an agent.

According to her I will have to Pay $3500(per semester) as tuition fee for 2-yr diploma program in Seneca Collage.
I will get living place for free.
I can start working in first semester for 20 hours a week at $18-19/hour.
I can stay to work for 2-years after the completion of degree.

Please tell me if she is guiding me properly? is there anything wrong in above statements.

you should check the fees on seneca college website but fees seems ok.....do ur own research not blindly believe agents
I will get living place for free.
this is completely false.....u have to pay for living expense
I can start working in first semester for 20 hours a week at $18-19/hour.
yes u can start 20hrs per week however u will get minimum wages around $11 if u r lucky enough to find a job. it may tae up to 2-3 months to find a parttime job .
I can stay to work for 2-years after the completion of degree.
u may get a post graduate work permit for 2 years..again u should read on official websites rather than trusting ur agent. do ur own research ur educated so read and understand. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-who.asp

What is your Course? Tuition fee seems too low!!!

Instead of blindly relying on your agent or any other agent for that matter you should do some research at your end. It is always good to cross check things before making any decision especially if it is related to going to some another country.

Thank you fellows, your replies are much helpful for me.
Another thing that I have to ask you people is 'do I really need an agent to get admission and then visa?'
