need help in study visa for canada very urgent

hi brov
actually i need some help about the student visa for canada. i have done my MBA from uk in 2011 and at the moment i am on PSW( post study work visa) which is finishing in dec 2013. can you plz suggest me from where should i apply for the visa i mean from uk or from my home country which is pakistan. plz guide me of the following points

1 do i require IELTS
2 i am planning to apply in masters program is it fine to apply in this program or u suggest some other program.
3 i will pay my full tution fee so how much extra funds i need to show in my bank statement.

My cousin is a graduate from London.
After graduation , he came to Canada for PG Diploma. And now he is on PGWP.

you have done MBA and you want to apply for masters program....whaooo, the Vo will definitely know that you are just looking for a means to run out of Uk, why dont you try a Phd or look for a job from UK.
