Need help in Reapplying visitor visa

Hello all, I need little guidance and suggestion.
I have applied for the visitor visa of my wife and 2 kids in Sept 2020 from Bahrain which is still pending “review of eligibility”. Now we have moved to Malaysia since April 2022.
I am planning to reapply their visas.

Can anyone guide me from where to reapply and do I have to mention somewhere that we are reapplying?

guidance and help will be highly appreciated.

Additional info: I am a Pakistani national living in Malaysia with family on work permit. I already have a valid Canadian visitor visa.
