Need help in PCC for India, sponsering Spouse

Hello, Dear Members

I am trying to fill a PCC application for my wife, who lives in India. I am filing this application with Passport Seva Services. In the application, it asks 'Purpose for which PCC is required'. What am I supposed to choose here? 'Immigration Purpose other than citizenship' or 'Residence Permit'.
I have found conflicting answers on the forum regarding this issue.
Any help is highly appreciated.

If your spouse is applying for PR, so Residence Permit is the option.
