Need help in obtaining Police Certificate

Hi,

I am from India, worked in Shanghai for 2 years and at present living in the USA. Does anyone have experience getting the police certificates from China recently? Could you please suggest me the steps to obtain it? It would be grateful if you could also provide me the steps to obtain Police certificates from USA and India. Appreciate your help!

I have already gone through the link and collected information from websites. But I want to know about the elaborated steps and contacts to obtain PCC,(especially China) from the people who have experience in obtaining it.

I can tell you about the US, I've gone through the process myself (which I followed from this link: https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks):

1- You need your fingerprints to be taken. I went to the local police station and had my fingerprints taken there.
2- Fill this application: https://forms.fbi.gov/identity-history-summary-checks-review/q384893984839334.pdf
3- Obtain a money order for $18 payable to the "Treasury of the United States"
4- Review the checklist in this link: https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/identity-history-summary-request-checklist.pdf/view
5- Mail the required items listed above—signed applicant information form, fingerprint card, and payment of $18 U.S. dollars per person—to the following address:

FBI CJIS Division – Summary Request
1000 Custer Hollow Road
Clarksburg, WV 26306
