I AM GOING TO SPONSOR MY HUSBAND HE IS IN INDIA. I HAVE ONE DAUGHTER FROM MY PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. SHE LIVES PRIMARILY WITH MY EX HUSBAND IN HERE CANADA. SHE STAYS WITH ME ON WEEKENDS. WE HAVE JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY. IN CUSTODY FILES IT SAYS I PAY $185 PER MONTH TO MY EX HUSBAND TO THE SUPPORT OF MY DAUGHTER. DO I NEED TO PUT MY DAUGHTER AS A DEPENDENT IN 6B.

Because you have a legal agreement to pay, I would include them. If it is discovered that you have the legal agreement and you don't include them, that could be a problem. This is only my opinion.

Not declaring your child, can be considered misrepresentation and a refusal with a ban to Canada.
