Hi All,

I got married in Pakistan and in process of filling forms and gathering documents.

I moved to Canada in 1997 with parents when I was 7 years old and got my citizenship at the age of 10. I'm looking for help to answer one of the question on IMM 1344 form, Question# 7 asking for PR/citizenship date whichever is new, which is fine but I don't know what to enter in UCI/Client ID column.

When my parents applied for citizenship in 2000 they received a 7 digit file number which is same for all family member but we do have separate Application ID for each family member.

I will appreciate if someone can help me what to enter as UCI/Client ID in Question# 7 of IMM 1344 (Application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking)

Thanks

if you have your option c printout your UCI will be mentioned in it

Option C only has Social Insurance Number not UCI. Also Option C is issued by Revenue Canada.

I had a similar question and since my dad didn't keep letters that had our UCI i simply called the CIC Call Centre. Depends on the agent you get, but they should be able to tell you after confirming your name/dob/country of birth and current address. If one refuses to tell you just hang up and try again. It's also optional I was told, so technically you don't have to enter anything but I think every little bit helps.

Hi,
I called and they told me to leave it blank as well.

Cheers.
