Confirm HRs and Hiring Manager’s understanding of the solution and provide additional explanation as needed

Participate in activities designed to improve Client satisfaction and business performance

Occasionally use decision-support tools to answer questions

Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking

Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification

Maintain a broad knowledge of client services and state regulations

From my search I could see this NOC 1121 This is more related , but as your job title is concerned 1121 is it. and there will be variations since your duties are different. how come companies provide irrelevant job titles hehe

Main duties
This group performs some or all of the following duties:

  • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address an organization's human resource requirements
  • Advise employers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit programs and collective agreements

Titles don’t matter, responsibilities must match. So changing a title makes no difference.
