Duties (include but are not limited to)
Determine and track drug testing and/orphysical exams requirements as determined by the Client
Work with Client vendor on processing and follow up on background checks
Complete offer letters and employment contracts
Correspond and follow up with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, Client Vendors, and potential and successful candidates as required using phone, email and/or chat
Complete data entry as required for offers and work with other internal teams for continuation of the hiring process
Ensure all pre-hiring steps are completed by the Client’s HR Managers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Work with the Client to determine relocation eligibility
Process any rescinded or declined offers
Monitor the case management systems and action cases as necessary; document your work in any relevant enterprise tools.
Maintain a courteous, friendly and professional manner in all interactions
Communicate effectively with individuals and/or teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of requests.
Confirm HRs and Hiring Manager’s understanding of the solution and provide additional explanation as needed
Participate in activities designed to improve Client satisfaction and business performance
Occasionally use decision-support tools to answer questions
Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking
Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification
Maintain a broad knowledge of client services and state regulations
