Hi I really need advise guys. My husband and I submitted our application for immigration in Quebec with the help of a counselor. We have been registered on Mon Projet Quebec since July 2017 and submitted all documents required. No feedback have been given to us because the intake of 2017 was always postponed. Now that the intake 2017 is opened we cannot register on Arrima Portal System because only of 1 problem that is our TEFAQ and TEF certificates has recently been expired. Is there another solution because when we submitted our documents our certificates were still valid due to several changes in procedure and time taken for intake 2017 we have been penalized. Most grateful if you could help
