Need help, GCMS notes

I ordered a GCMS note last month, and I just received it today. There is one page under security is withheld, activity 1~5 are blank as well. And the officer notes 3 said: PA eligibility decision: passed. Admissibilities Review (Blank) Request made to client. At the end of notes: case pending receipt of requested information. Do those means that I am currently under security screening? And the first note has Label is blanked but start with Adm...

And what does the BF pending means?

Check your application "Status" through your online account linked to your application......if the message for Review of Eligibility.....(2)....below....then eligibility assessment has started and likely completed.

1.) Review of eligibility: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."
2.) Review of eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

Check your application "Status" through your online account linked to your application........Background Check has started or completed if the message for Background Check........(2)....below.....

1.) Background Check: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.”.
2.) Background Check: “We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information.“

Thank you for your reply! so in my online account, the Review of eligibility shows: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements, and the Background check shows: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. So I am wondering that I have to wait until the security screening done? Usually how long does it take? Thank you again!

Background check takes awhile and can't say exactly.....be patient.....most sponsorship are completed within 12 months

I ordered a GCMS and got it today. In my gckey account it said :
Eligibility:

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Background check:

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information

But on the GCMS said my eligibility and security check are not started , criminality is processing.
So after 10 months, they havent touch my file at all. What they said on CIC is different from what they sent me on GCMS note.
However, I am passed the medical and received pre-arrival letter already .

Yea, it’s strange. If you received pre arrival, you should passed the eligibility usually. But you won’t see it on CIC account, you should see the eligibility passed on gcms notes.
