I got married before few days but I didn't applied for the marriage certificate yet, Hence at the time of applying my visa application I have mention my status as Single and suppose If I will get my visa then in future what would be the best option to apply for my spouse ?

Kindly provide all available options.

You should have applied as married - saying you are single is technically misrepresentation. It's possible this may create problems for you later if/when you try to bring your spouse to Canada on an OWP or as a visitor. It's hard to know what to do. I would be tempted to withdraw the application completely and reapply as married.

I am married but my marriage is not registered yet, so after 1 year suppose I will come back to India and get my marriage registered and then applying for my spouse visa should not be having any issues right ?

I cant withdraw my application as my college start date is very near and because of that I wont be having that much time to re-apply for the second application.

Why don't you get it registered now? Its not a lengthy process

If I were you, I wouldn't risk it. There is an option to contact CIC and you can write a message and attach any documents which will be important for your application. Check it out: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

You need to select "Yes", then "Yes", then pick the visa office you applied in. Then fill the form and explain your situation and everything and you can upload a document, upload your marriage certificate
