need help for wife saudi pcc binson

dear friends ,
need help i am in a real tight situation because i asked ndvo to waive off my wifes saudi pcc as its difficult to get one , also im finishing my contract and going exit to india beacuse of canadian PR BUT now it hs all turned in different way , i dont see a way to get my wifes saudi PCC now they have given me 1 month time agents here are saying 2 months that too not sure , i think i am out of the game all this 2 years i have been waiting for this eagerly because of dependant PCC i will be rejected it seems .

please dont loose heart,
why do you think that you can not get PCC for spouse from Saudi, sorry i dont know much about saudi countries.

IF you have applied for, and you are sure you can not get it before deadline then you can send proof of your PCC application along with mentioning reason for delay.
I think its worth a try.

Hi Binson!!!
Enclose a detailed letter stating why you cannot obtain PCC from Saudi for your spouse.Give enough evidence to support your claim and also enclose an affidavit stating that your wife does not have any criminal or civil case against her and she has not done or involved ithis n any crime over there.

After getting that letter I m really tensed seems like all the hard work ,money is goin to go waste because of my wife's Saudi Pcc .i tried calling up some agents they r not taking cases like this ,if at all they can will take 2months(not sure) and 50000rupees minimum they will charge of this .i m ready to spend money but no sure they will get 1 for me .
So just praying to god ,will wait and try for 1week then I will make an affidavit as u said and other documents that i tried but couldn't get .
Any other solutions or way or agents to get this Saudi Pcc from India ,I m also leaving Saudi in 1months time.
Please guide will my application get rejected if rejected will I get some refund?

Why u r making simple thing so complicated. I was in ur boot few month back.
Things are very simple .
Do the following
Translate the final exit visa into English , Canadian embassy knows that we can get final exit only if we are free From any crime. Submit this with cover letter to CHC .

I did the same for my family, I didn't submit any PCC with my application and submit only the final exit Visa translated copy . I already got PR visa

Hi Binson,

Don't loose patience, God is great.

Some months before I am also in the same tension,

Still I am waiting for Visa Stamping. Now where r u?? In India or KSA. Now I am out of station, if u wait i will be touch with u on friday evening. Don't worry, for ex residents Saudi Goverment not issuing PCC from November 2010.

I m tensed because this my 2nd and final reminder from them as stated in the letter above .i have send all the proofs to make them understand that it's difficult to get if u r not in Saudi still they send this letter .so it took it this way that they will reject me because of this document .

Yes I know and I contacted them they said they are not taking this request for another 1week because lot of cases lying on hold since march ,need to clear that first then only they will take fresh cases ,anyways I am goin to give a try but then I heard it's damn expensive ... Hope I will get thru this stage in life

WELL I HAVE DECIDED AND TRYING FOR PCC THROUGH HELPI
LINE IN INDIA THEY SAID WILL TAKE 60 DAYS .AND I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ONLY 1MONTHS TIME MY WIFE HAS ALREADY GONE TO GET THE FINGERPRINTS ,BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF APPROACHING DUBAI HELPLINE OFFICE IF THEY CAN MAKE IT FAST BUT THEY ALSO ACNNOT GUARANTEE ,
ANYWAYS AGENT IN INDIA IS SAYING TO APPLY AND THEY WILL GIVE A RECIEPT WHICH YOU CAN SEND TO ND VO AND ASK FOR MORE GRACE PERIOD .
I HOPE MY GOD WILL BRING ME UP FROM THIS SITUATION

Seniors please guide I don't want a rejection this is my second reminder first time I submitted my PCCs and wife's Indian Pcc and requested to waive off my wife's Saudi Pcc they wrote its a final reminder and now I m trying its goin to take 2/3months and they give me only 1months time .seniors what r my chances did anyone go thru this kind of situation
