need help for supervisa medical request

Hi everybody

I applied for my mom visa on 7th Oct 2013 , received medical request and passport back on 11th Oct 2013.
want to know If anybody get the same thing , how you send the passport back?
have to wait of CHC call or letter?
your reply will be appreciated.

And why they send passport back with medical request

Let me clear at least 1 of ur doubts.

Passport is must to take medical examination (DR ne dekhna PP) as it is to be produced in front of doctor.
So they sent it back.
