Hi guys,
I need help for my friend.
He was in Australia on student visa, before coming to Canada. For some reasons he didn't get extension on his Australian Visa and he had to leave Australia. Then he came to Canada, he was enrolled in a 2 year Post Secondary Diploma Program, but because he got some credits from Australia, he got exemption in 13 courses. He finished his 2 year program in 1 year. He got 3 year work permit. He filed his application after having 1 year of Full Time job experience, but his case got rejected. CIC said that, he didn't do 2 years of study so we can't process his case.
My question is, " Is he eligible for CEC with 2 years of Work Experience ??? " if not, "Can he apply under Skilled Worker Category ??? (He has Post Secondary Diploma) "
Please help him out. Thanks in advance.
