Need Help for FSW application - Required Document

I am going to apply for the FSW, but not sure which catorgary will fall in ( I am a CPA, but doing Tax work instead of Financial auditing or accounting job which are on the list). And also Can someone kindly provide me a list of document required for the application. I have no idea where to start to prepare my document. Thanks in advance !!
