need help for filing 2nd time

Hi all,

I applied on 21st from ahmedabad. Got rejection today. please help.

profile:
BS in Computer Science from USA - 3.6 GPA
MS in Software Engg from USA - 3.6 GPA
Work experience - 1 year
No gap.
Ielts - 6.5
Applied at Centennial in Project Management

Reason for rejection - Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies and language abilities.

I can't get into MBA because of my BS university has bad reputation and they shut down. So, PGD is the only option. Please let me know how to modify my case? What changes need to be made here?

doing PGD after masters degree s not a logial progression of ur studies hence the rejection . u should go for doctorate level studies or at the least masters level.
