need help for email id change?

Hi guys,
i want a big help from you guys. If anyone could explain me how can i change my email id not home address. Because i have called cic office and they sent me a link but on that link it only says change in address. My previous hotmail was blocked for some reason could sign in .so later i got my ainp approved and had to send my file with the new email id which was my work email id. So now the issue is my work email is getting some changes and i want to provide my personal email id. Please please help me if anyone knows how can i change my email id?

Raise CSE and update both of them about your new email . Send repeatedly.
