Can anyone please suggest me how to complete the last section (section 5) of form imm 5409 - Statutory declaration of common-law union.
I am an Indian resident applying for my study permit and my girlfriend is also included in my online application as my common law partner.
I need help filling up last section of form (imm 5409).
Who can be the person to administer the declaration? Any idea where can I get it completed?
