Need help filling out IMM 5710, question 3

Hi everyone!

So my wife is currently on a PGWP which will be expiring as of August.

I recently had gotten married and am putting together the spousal class PR application and wanted to submit the application for an OWP as well since my PGWP will be expiring

Question 3 on IM 5710 is asking,

I am applying for one of more of the following:
- apply for work permit with the same employer
- apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
- restore my status as a worker
- get a new temporary resident permit


Would I click on option 2, as this is technically our first time applying for an OWP?
