My mother is going to be in Canada as an international student on a study permit starting from September 2020. I am also an international student, and I am starting university this year as an undergraduate student. My father is not coming with us and I have a sister who is going to go to high school in Canada. I am under 22 years old (I will be 18 in September). Will I be eligible for domestic tuition at my school? Or does my mother need to have a work permit too?
