Need help..Cancellation of rep after getting ITA

Hi All,
I need help to link my application to new CIC account. I just got ITA under EE yet don't wish to continue with representative as he turned to be fraud. I submitted use of rep form through web based form yet unable to find my application nor link it. Please help me!
How long does it take to find my application after submitting the cancellation form?

I have the same question. Please any reply. Admins? How long does it take? My ITA will expire soon. Should I decline it?
