Hello everyone,

I am currently applying for the Canadian Citizen.
However, I have a question on cit0002e-2 form.

We have to enter temporary resident status to enter or remain in Canada as a Visitor, Student, Worker or Temp Resident Permit holder.

I came on Student and then got work permit but my student and work permit conflicts so which date should I enter in date obtained and date expired.

Student Permit: Date Obtained 2014-01-07, Date Expired 2017-03-31
Work Permit: Date Obtained 2015-12-02, Date Expired 2017-11-01

Please help me.

The day your Work Permit has been granted, Student Permit is considered "Cancelled" or "Expired. As such, for Student Permit Expiry Date should be a day before grant of your Work Permit.

Student Permit Expiry date: 2015-12-02, the day when work permit starts

what dates should I put on citizenship form on work permit?
is tat the date on the visa issued section or the date I landed in Canada? and expiry date should be the date I got PR or the expiry date on the visa stamped. how the physical presence calculated? date on visa or landed date? thanks

Help us with the dates, so that we can help you with correct info.

But if you landed in Canada on a work permit I will go with start date as when the work visa issued to you & the expiry date as when your status got changed from work visa to PR.

ok thanks. here are the dates
date on work visa - date of issue- 16/june/2015 and date of expiry- 29/november/2016
landed in Canada on 07-july-2015
got PR on 10-november-2016
