My question is WOULD THEY LET ME BACK IN CANADA?

i had overstayed, i was supposed to leave April 2020. But because of Pandemic (COVID) on March 2020 they had started closing the border land/air going back to US. so i had decided to apply for an extension. I stayed in Canada and waited untill they email me back/result of my extension. February 2020 when i landed in Canada. Im not sure if they were busy or something because of the Pandemic (COVID) but i had kept on waiting for my result of extension... BUT I DIDNT WANT TO STAY IN CANADA ILLEGALY I DIDNT WANT TO HIT THAT 1YEAR MARK IN CANADA. So i left Canada February 2021. (No problem at the airport leaving Canada) but now i got an email about my extension March 28 2021 i had got the result of my extension they had refused my extension now the question is im planning to go back in Canada this May 2021 as my girlfriend is pregnant and she is due sometime in May. Would they let me back in for 2weeks or 1month i dont care how long i just want to be there when my daughter is born.

Please answer ASAP thank you in advanced

If you applied for the extension before your six month stay in Canada was up, then you didn't overstay. You were on implied status while waiting for a decision.

As to whether you will be allowed back in and for how long, that is always up to CBSA. I would recommend bringing evidence of ties to your home country such as proof of employment, property rental / ownership, etc.
