Need Help, Applying for Admission on inter bases for diploma course...ONTARIO

hey guys...

i need information regarding admission on intermediate base, i have completed my B.tech (computer science in Hyderabad) in 2006 n till now i was working and i am having IELTS 6.5 ( General) overall can i apply for admission for a 3-year course like diploma course for computer science like for may semister and also looking for some reputed colleges like Durham, humber, seneca...so there won't be a problem during visa.........

* Is there any percentage required by college for admission because i have less percentage in intermediate..

* if i get the admission letter can i apply for visa without paying any semester fees to college, just based on college admission or should i have to pay atleast one semester fees...

* if i choose cheap tuition fees colleges like say may be $5000 for whole 3 years something like that will it be a concern vth visa officer ( New Delhi )..

* will there be a problem vth visa officer like i am applying on intermediate base n i have already completed B.tech...so why i didn't apply on b.tech base something like that..if it wont be a problem if i apply on intermediate base...

* Actually i have some family frnds over there they suggested me to apply for a 3 year diploma course so that i will get 4 year visa...

* if i apply for visa like one month before the college or classes starts so will it be a problem or i have to apply for visa like 2-3 months before the college starts...will b there a chance to get visa if i apply one month before like that

* i have went to some consultancies they said i have to pay maximum amount tuition fees to get visa...

* for admission i have to send documents my study Memos, should i have to send the study memo documents till date( b.tech n Work Experience) when applying for visa...

* is SOP is compulsory to write while applying for visa...will it be a plus point if i write SOP

* can i apply for PR after my study..like should i have to complete one year study or two year full time study to eligible to apply for PR...

* will there be any interview or just like drop-box.

* Is there a chance to get visa on inter base and wat r the chances....

yaar i dont know ans to all ur questions but i will give to what i know


1) no u dont have to pay fees to apply for visa . its purely college requirement.
do ask ur institute wether they accept fees after u reach canada. in that case u need not to deposit any fee earlier.

2)low tution will not influence visa officer. but college with good repute makes a +ve impact. wether its fee is low or high.

3) apply on BS base not intermediate. it will be much better for u... i had my masters and again applied for masters and got it..so apply on ur BS base.

4) one month is the minimum time . so lets suppose ur classes start 7 sept, u need apply no later than 20 th july.. the earlier the better.


5)yep yep sop is very very imp. it helps prove that u r genuine student and why u will return back and ur ties to country,, its strongly recomended.


6) after u complete ur studies u will get work permit (u need to apply for it). than when u find a job and work for one year u can apply for PR
