Hello everyone!

I am not sure if I am at the right place or not. Hopefully I am.

I am holding a 3 years post secondary work permit right now till January 2018. Did a 2 years hotel management program in BC, and currently working at a small hotel as a front desk agent. I am getting pretty frustrated since my time is running out.

It's not easy to get a management title since I am only been employed just for a year, and the hourly wage is pretty low, $15 dollars per hour  sigh!

At this case, is there anything I can do to improve beside Ielts or Celpip? I am totally lost. Even I try to go for SEMI SKILLED, I am not even hitting 95. ??? ??? ??? LMIA doesn't seem to be possible, since it's really difficult, and they don't really need to hire someone from oversea just for a front desk agent, I think.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciate!

It will deduct my scores as well if I relocate to Manitoba, since I did my Hotel Management Program here in BC.

To be honest its hard to get nomination in a big province as u cannot get management position. Consider to move to small province wll be good opportunity
