Need help after ITA

Hi

I recently received the ITA.However i am not sure about the next steps.Can you please help me with the following.

1 Is there a thread which gives a detailed account of what needs to be done.

2 Does Medical needs to be done after ITA and before responding to ITA? or can it be done after we submit the application

3 The country i live in PCC takes more than 3 months.What are my options and How long is the PCC valid once issued.
