hi everyone...i m residing in toronto..and i have question abt sickness and maternity benefits...rite now i m 4 month pregnant(dd is in sept.).. and due to some complications i m unable to work . last year i worked almost 1600 hours...i have to quit my job at end of dec.2015..becoz i had to go back home and
when i came back in march i was 3 month pregnent...my question is this am i eligible for sickness rite now?(and for maternity leave after . that).because i have accumulated enough hours last year...( we need minimum 600 hours). or i have to work again to get enough hours...
i tried to call service canada so many times bt no answer.
some of my frinds told me i wan't be able to apply..because EI is not going to count my hours frm last year..because i quit the job and now its three month gap...i m confused..
