Need help about Studu Visa

Hello everyone,,

I need aome help for my brother.
He is applied hor humber college for september 2019 intake and after receiving offer letter from college he paid fees and apply for visa .
Now, he got his visa but when he login in to his my humber student account the status of the offer is not confirmed and show that offer is expired. Due to some system error he cannot confirm his offer.
Please can anyone tell what he can do now,, he will deffer to another upcoming jan 2020 intake by new applying new offer letter and will he can use his same study permit visa or another for it ???

You need to talk to Humber. If your brother has evidence of paying fees, they should correct their system. Considering how expensive the fees are, I would be chasing Humber to figure out what happened.

Did he login to Humber portal before and confirm his offer when he got it or did he never do that?
