Need help about eligibility conditions related to admission in Masters.

I am from Pakistan I have completed my 16 years of education in the following form:

Fsc - 2 years
B.A - 2 years
Msc (IT) - 2 years

now I want to do MS in my field from Canada. So will there be any issues regarding any university of Canada?
