Why not go to the US for treatment? Canadians can wait years to see a specialist. You will not get any response because specialists usually don’t take on private patients but those that are under provincial healthcare. The waitlist for Canadians come first.

the reason for choosing Canada is my stay in Canada, friend live there he offered me stay which will be very helpful to. I wont be financial burden on Canadian govt. or any hospital. i will bear all treatment cost and even will buy medical insurance if needed. I really very upset about that appointment issue.

Focus on the US. You aren’t going to get in to see a Canadian specialist as the system is designed for those within the provincial health care system. Having a friend to stay with doesn’t help you or a reason to come to Canada for treatment. You cannot buy health insurance for a pre-existing condition and doctors would ask for payment upfront.

Getting a TRV would be very difficult too.

Even if one gets on the list , you’ll be constantly bumped since as mentioned per the law , Canadians must come first before any private pay patients.
Patients covered by the healthcare system take precedence
I’d research as mentioned the US, Europe, Singapore, SEA

The reason why you are not receiving responses is because there are waiting lists and care for Canadians and those in Canada on work / study permits is prioritized.

I would recommend you contact Sick Kids hospital in Toronto and specifically their International Patients Program (IPP). Note that care for Canadians / those already living in Canada will be prioritized over the care of your child and there are a number of eligibility requirements you and your child will need to meet to be considered.

Ultimately coming to Canada for care may not be possible and you should explore other options as well.
