I really need your help to clarify this:
"The student completed more than one program from an eligible DLI within 2 years.
Note: Each program of study must meet all PGWPP eligibility requirements and be at least 8 months in length.
The length of the work permit should combine the length of each program."

Is it a problem if two programs from two DLIs?

- My first one-year program started Jan 07 2019 and ended August 24 2019 at Fanshawe College. Then I left Canada to comeback to my home country because my mother was very sick.
- Now, I intend to take another one year program at Mohawk College in the next summer semeter. This program will end at Dec 25 2020.
